Our story

“You’d never know this was gluten free!” are some of my favorite words!

When I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2006, there were very few options for gluten free baked goods. I did a little baking, however making complicated flour mixes quickly became too much work for a simple cupcake craving. Fast forward to 2019, and I began baking desserts to take to family functions to ensure that I would not get glutened. At the urging of my incredible husband and family, I began selling my treats on social media.

In 2022, I decided that I was ready to make my business more than just a side hustle. I’m blessed that I don’t need to work outside our home, so I’m allowing the business to grow at it’s own pace. I love hearing my customers exclaim with delight when trying one of my bakes
